Obituary of LEWIS "TOM" THOMAS BAUDER

On Wednesday, December 29, 2021, Lewis Thomas “Tom” Bauder, loving father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, passed away at the age of 80. Tom was born on September 23, 1941, in Sacramento, CA to Byron and Patricia (Dormody) Bauder. He served in the Air Force from June 16, 1959, until June 14, 1963. He then settled in Sacramento where he worked for Regional Transit as a Bus/Train Operator and retired in 2004 after 37 years. Tom loved his children and grandchildren, nothing made him happier than seeing his girls laughing together. He loved animals, especially his two dogs Smokey and Baron, and two cats Mr. Pibb and Sasha II. Tom was preceded in death by his father, Byron, his mother Patricia, and his brother Llewellyn. He is survived by his four daughters, Victoria, Patricia, Rebecca, and Heidi, 19 grandkids, and 20 great-grandkids. A celebration of life will be held in the Spring of 2022.
