I was deeply saddened to hear of Mrs. Wagner's passing. Anne was a dear friend to my grandmother Eleanor Tipton as they lived in the same community for several years in Shingle Springs.
I have many fond memories of being babysat by Anne as she always treated me like family.
I will always remember her generosity, hospitality, her laugh, and that lemon merengue pie!
Anne was a true blessing, and I was so lucky to have her in my life. My thoughts and prayers are with the family through this difficult time.
