Obituary of NICOLE EARNESTINE ROMO

Nicole Earnestine Romo passed away April 12, 2022. She was born March 11, 1943, to Jewell Earnestine Mitchell. She was adopted as a young child by George E. Channell Sr. and his wife Helen who lived in Ohio which gave her three older brothers, Charles, George Jr. and Harold who adored her. After George Sr. passed, she lived with George Jr. and her Aunt Fern and four daughters who always called Nicole their sister. They were known as the “Five Channell girls” at Bellbrook High School. Nicole had a half-sister, Vicky Lynn, who proceeded her in death and two nephews. Nicole is survived by her husband of 47 years, Henry Romo, her daughter Teresa and son-in-law Rich Mc Clelland, stepson Chico and granddaughter Sierra Sky and sister-in-law Bobbie Pennell. Nicole was a devout Christian and in following her faith, became an ordained Reverend. Her favorite Bible verse is from John, Chapter 14: Verse 26.
