It's hard to write something about him without me bursting into tears. He had been a very thoughtful and encouraging dad to me. I'm so grateful that I was able to meet him and get to know him. A man who cared about his family very much, always helping and always guiding. You will forever be missed.

Words aren't enough for how I feel. Metaphorically speaking My grandfather wasn't just a teacher in my life, He is and forever will be the most crucial pillar in the structure it is my life today. I love you and I will see you when I get there grandpa.

You were a loving father, a family man with strong religious beliefs, loved the mountains and the simple life. I have fond memories of our family camping trips at Yosemite, hiking to Mt. Whitney and Pyramid Peak, our road trip to Alaska, and skiing down the mountains together. I will cherish these memories always and you will forever be in my heart. God Bless You.
I Love You Dad!

Dad,
I will always remember you. Losing you is too hard for me. We were best friends. As always, I will try to remember to do what you told me. I love you with all my heart. Thank you for raising me, and teaching me about Jesus Christ. May the Heavenly Father keep you safe now, until we can meet again.
Love,
- Mark
