Obituary of Roselyn Udine Call
Roselyn Udine Friedersdorf Call, 98, of Rescue, CA, passed away peacefully at home on April 6, 2021. Roselyn was born on October 3, 1922, in Rock Creek Township, Bartholomew County, IN. Roselyn attended Jackson School, went to business college, and worked at the telephone company in Columbus, IN. In 1943, Roselyn met the love of her life, DeLoss (Del) Call Jr., at a USO dance, and they were married for 70 years. In 1951, they moved west to Phoenix, AZ, for the health of their daughter, Rita Jean. Roselyn was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and homemaker. She actively served in their church, community organizations, and the Arizona Kidney Foundation. In 2017, Roselyn and Rita Jean moved to Rescue, so that she could be cared for by both Rita and her other daughter, Dee Ann. She will be remembered for her smile, outgoing personality, love of her family and friends, and her love of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Roselyn was predeceased by her husband, Del, who passed away in 2014, parents Roy and Mildred, brother Robert and sister-in-law Mary, sister Annabelle and brother-in-law John Evans, and son-in-law Russell Moore. Roselyn is survived by her sister Carolyn Meyer (Wayne), daughters Rita Jean Moore, Dee Ann Michel (Dennis), grandchildren David Burrell (Chrissy), Brandon Burrell, Amy Bowen (Matt), Jeff Michel (Sara), and great-grandchildren Larisa and Michael Burrell, Grace, Allie, Violet, and Lucy Bowen, and Liana, Luke, and Eliza Michel.
