RANDALL JOHNSON

Obituary of RANDALL MARTIN JOHNSON

Randall Martin Johnson passed away early Sunday morning on 1/24/21. He had been fighting cancer. He was 69 yrs old. He was born on August 18, 1951 in Bakersfield, CA to Merit and Georgia Johnson and is survived by his sons Shane and Ben as well as his Sister Dyann, Brother Steve, and grandchildren, Savannah, Jacob, Kohl, Ryder, and Sydney. Randy worked as an HVAC contractor in Placerville CA. He loved blues and jazz music and although had a tough hardworking “blue collar” exterior, loved and adored babies. In his later years he became a fitness phenom. He loved Meatloaf as a general rule. Above all Randy was a Christian. He was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses and loved studying and teaching about the Bible. He was especially fond of the divine name “YHWH”(Jehovah) and of the Bibles promise of restoring the earth to a paradise, during which time resurrected loved ones will be brought back to life and reunited. He was privileged to work as a volunteer for Jehovah’s Witness building projects in the HVAC department. He will be missed for his sense of humor, his smile, tough exterior and soft side. One of his favorite Biblical passages: Mal 3:16 Then they that feared Jehovah spake one with another; and Jehovah hearkened, and heard, and a book of remembrance was written before him, for them that feared Jehovah, and that thought upon his name.- American Standard Version Rest in Gods Memory Dad, Grandpa, Brother and Friend. Sleep well. You will be remembered….
