Obituary of DIANNE BARBARA HAASCH

Dianne “Barbara” Haasch Dianne “Barbara” Haasch (75) passed away at her home in Somerset, California on August 24th, 2020, after a short battle with pneumonia. Barbara was born on May 26th, 1945 in Los Angeles, California to Oren and Louise Cooke (Jacobus). Some of Barbara’s most favorite things included Diet Pepsi, oreo cookies, and the game show Jeopardy. Mostly, she loved her goats showing them at the El Dorado County and State Fair for many years. Barbara worked for many years at Placerville Hardware and the Mt. Aukum General Store. Barbara’s genuine care and respect was obvious to anyone who had the privilege of meeting her. She will be missed by her family and friends. A private service was held on October 10th, 2020. Barbara was laid to rest at Westwood Hills Memorial Park on Poppy Hill next to her beloved father, in Placerville, California.
