Marc was the best big brother I never had. He spend a lot of time at out house in Cedar Grove and was part of our family. He brought us all to football games and we had so much fun with him. He even bought me my first beer, first time i ever for drunk... he was the best. We all loved him!

Marc was a big part of my family when I was in high school. Marc was always a protector of me and my sisters. Marc spent many days at our house and we would hang at Cedar Grove Market aka “Bill Koplers”. My first ever NFL game was with Marc and his Dad in SF. Marc took me to many concerts (Garth Brooks, Reba, Brooks & Dunn, and John Michael Montgomery). He was even kind enough to buy me cigarettes under age . The most memorable thing Marc did was put ketchup on my homemade spaghetti, I lost it. Marc was a great friend who was thoughtful and full of life. Time passes and we lose touch, but Marc will always hold a special place in my family’s hearts. Truly a good friend.

Marc pimental, was a friend who I thought of a lot, after all the years of knowing Marc I could always remember how when ever I needed a friend he was there for me. Marc was the friend that would do anything for you. In my early days I could call Marc and I could ask him anything and he would always say hold on I’ll be there in a minute. Marc was loved by a lot of people, when I was growing up Marc and his dad gave me a job at the mill. I used to spend time with Marc talking about old memories of him long hauling across the country. I evening used to see Marc enjoying time at Tim Bordges shop, and how he loved seeing a log truck loaded with a three log load ready to go to the mill. Marc always told me he was going to drive a truck one day. He will always be remembered and missed. Marcs was always cheerful and happy even if he was waking up from a long night of having fun. Rod and Marc would always be seen eating in town. I would always remember that because they’d be sitting together eating and Marc would always ask me what I was doing and why I wasn’t at work or why I wasn’t with my dad working on a peace of equipment with my dad. I will miss seeing Marc in the little town of El Dorado hanging out in Bobby’s store Harassing people he knew. I hope Marc is watching over me now like he always did making comments about the times we shared together. Marc will be missed always thanks for being there for me and always for having shared so many happy times.

I met 6 year old Marc when he was a student in my first grade class at Camino School. He seemed serious until you complimented him or shared something funny.......then the corner of his mouth curled up in a wily little grin and you knew the wheels were turning in his brain to reveal his warmth and big hearted personality. I did not see much of him after that but one day I was driving up Pony Express and I saw him outside a house adjacent to the little market in Cedar Grove. He was chatting with friends near a big semi truck and I thought.....I hope Marc is driving that truck because he'd be good at it.....strong guy that he was. I know his family will miss him and I am glad I met him when he was 6. I hope he had a joyful, fulfilling life . God Bless him......and his lived ones

Throughout life we are taught many lessons, through interactions with many people. Some of my most valuable lessons came from my family and the people who made constant efforts to be involved in my life. One of those people being my uncle, Marc. This tough, strong truck driver, used to let me drag him upstairs and give him makeovers and face masks. He used to gave me iTunes gift cards every Christmas because it was easy to guess I loved music with how often I had my headphones in. But what I will remember and honor the most from him, is the lesson of learning to constantly make an effort when it involves those you care for and love. He had a big heart and a lot of love to give. Marc will be missed by myself, and everyone who was lucky enough to have known him. -Alexia
