When I was 15 Jim was in Alliance to visit. My folks were driving out in about a week and Jim asked me if i wanted to ride with him. HELL YES! We jumped into his Chevelle and headed to Grand Jct. in between Junction and Vegashe got stopped for speeding. Had to follow the State Patrolman to the post office to pay his fine before they would let us go. No Problem Jim said. Paid the fine and off we went. He ask me to drive while he took a nap and said DON'T BABY IT drive it like you stole it, (first time i'd heard that one) We had a BALL and Jim tried to get me into a couple of Casinos but no go. He was the the REASON i got into & STILL love Muscle Cars. R.I.P .Marine. Say hello to all of our familythet are waiting for you. LOVE & WILL MISS YOU>
