There are no words for this loss. Jeff you were the high energy in every room, in all our stories, at all our family gatherings growing up. You could be exhausting at times, but never could I ever imagine a world without you in it. My heart hurts and I have to take comfort in knowing you got to see mom first, for that I am a little jealous. I know you were met by so many that went before you, waiting to greet you with mom was daddy, Sissa, Aunt Helen and Uncle Lee, Gene and Carlen and Jimbo. You have be set free. Now you have a special job... Watching over Johnny, Josh and Brittany, and Teresa. ❤️
I love you big brother, I miss you so much, I mean it with all my heart ❤️

Knowing Scotty since his birth, he was a beautiful human being, like his wonderful mother Betty he was an exceptional soul with love in his heart and not enough time here to fully realize how many people loved him and cared deeply about him. We've always considered this young man to be our younger brother, worthy of support and praise for his courage in life, his humility and whose innocence was not lost on anyone.
His life, his challenges, his tenacity and his wonderful disposition will live forever.
If there ever was an innocent child of God, Jeff was it.
Ana, Teri, Vicki, Mark, Rene' Suzette, Gene, etc., his wife, his children and his grandson Johnny we are so very sorry for your loss.
Jeff's kind spirit is living in all of our hearts - now and forever.
