Obituary of HAROLD "HARRY" JAMES HAGEN

Harry Hagen passed away December 6, 2017, with his family by his side. He was a devoted and loving husband, father, son, brother, uncle, friend and proud Grandpa. Harry lived most of his life in El Dorado County and was known, respected and loved by many. He was the guy to call when a helping hand was needed. He always seemed to have the answer. He had many interests and passions, which included learning all he could about our planet and the universe. Harry's love and knowledge of music was incredible. His sense of humor and good attitude seemed to draw people to him. He never met a stranger. Harry was introduced to the love of his life 18 years ago by two best friends: his brother and her sister. He leaves behind his "beautiful bride", Sylvia; son, Darrin Hagen (Alaina); daughter, Jacqui Hansen (Grant); mother and step-father, Daviette and Brad Hutchison; brothers, Jesse Hagen and Chris Hutchison; sister, Yvette Hagen; his pride and joy granddaughter, Annabelle Hagen; and many wonderful nieces and nephews. Harry asked that he be remembered how he was and requested that no services be held. Instead a celebration of his life is being planned for a later time.
